Self Improvement

Steve Pavlina

This is not your typical self help website. I found this site by pure incident and since then I'm addicted to it. Steve writes from a very personal and honest perspective about living consciously, courageously and fulfilling life. You won't find here any empty fluff about fast and easy ways to get happiness; it's all about how to develop yourself to be the best you can be.

This site grants you the opportunity to create your business online. A true and honest approach for establishing a website in your area of expertise. My site Study Body Language was created (and still growing) by the guidance and support I got from SBI. And so I recommend it to anyone who wishes to create a passive income stream. This is not going to be quick or easy, but this is the real deal.

Ted Talks – A Better You

I'm sure you know TED by now, but if you missed these series of very inspiring talks related to self development … go and watch this now.

Style Yourself Confident.com

Body language is not only about gestures and face expressions - it's also about how you style yourself and find what fits your personality and body shape.

Think about it, your clothes and hairstyle are the probably the first things that anybody notice (I say probably because some people are heard before they're seen). If you do it right - you automatically establish a good first impression without uttering a single word.

Furthermore, just like body language can shape your behavior and affect your feelings so does your clothes. There is a lot of power in the way you dress and present yourself to the world, even if you do it subconsciously.

This site is dedicated to help women in this matter. Its owner, Pamela, is the most reluctant image consultant you'll ever meet...

Why exactly? I invite you to find out for yourself.

This is a great site of Sachchidanand Swami - a
researcher and analyst of human communication from India. He writes in an honest and informative way about many topics of nonverbal communication. I highly recommend visiting his site and reading the articles.

Go Body Language

Nick Budden is a great guy who, just like me, got the obsession to learn all he can about body language. His hobby led him to create Go Body Language -  a free online course to teach the essentials of body language. His site is very well organized and simple to follow, plus he adds a video demonstration at the end of each lesson. Have fun!
